The White Rabbit café Story

Welcome to The White Rabbit Café, where each sip is a small act of courage and every cup is brewed with purpose.

My name is Tara, and this café is more than a business—it’s a rebirth.

I’m a single mom and a survivor of domestic abuse, building something new from the ground up—for myself, and for my children. This café was born out of the messy, beautiful chaos of starting over. It’s a place for dreamers, wanderers, weirdos, and wild hearts. A place where healing brews slowly, like a good cup of cold brew. A place where a little lavender and a lot of grit can turn pain into something sweet.

The White Rabbit is also a tribute to one of the most important women in my life—my grandma—the one who gave me my big heart for service, hope, and community. She inspired my lifelong love for coffee and filled my childhood with warmth, support, and memories I hold close every single day. Her legacy lives in every warm cup and every kind word shared here.

Every drink served is a reminder: we are not defined by what we’ve been through—we are defined by what we grow through.

At The White Rabbit, we believe in second chances, lucky moments, and following the magic—wherever it leads.

Thanks for supporting this little rebellion of hope, caffeine, and connection. You’re not just buying a drink—you’re part of the comeback story.

Welcome to the magic.
